At Caremore Medical, we make you our highest priority. Whether a friend, family member, doctor or insurance company refers you to us, we will treat you as our own patient first. We will determine your insurance benefits before you meet with us so you know if you are covered. At your appointment, we will fit you with the orthotic or prosthetic device prescribed by your doctor.

Once you have received your device, we will review use and instructions until you are completely comfortable. Our services don’t stop there – we also provide you with our “Care More Practices”:

  • Unparalleled Customer support and follow-up care
  • Progress and outcomes are shared with your referring physician
  • Updates on product and technology advancements will be provided

We do this to allow us to focus on what we do best – caring for our patients.

Our staff is knowledgeable about current industry practices and work with you and your physicians to get necessary forms for pre-authorization, invoicing and coverage. We let you know up front what your insurance company covers so there are no surprises after delivery of service.

Caremore Medical works with most insurance companies in the NY & NJ metro area but if your insurance company does not have a relationship with us, we will do our best to secure the best solution for you.

If you have no insurance coverage for a particular product or service, we offer private pay prices. Flexible payment plans are also available.

An appointment is recommended to ensure that a clinician is available to see you without a wait. Please call us at 917.809.9090 to book your date and time. If you are a first-time patient, the length of your appointment will vary depending on the service required.

For your first appointment, please bring:

  • A valid, written doctor’s prescription
  • Your current insurance card
  • Your driver’s license or valid ID
  • Loose, comfortable clothing
  • Printed and completed Registration Forms

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Caremore Medical warranties all “off-the-shelf” or prefabricated devices in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to information included in the packaging literature/instructions.

Caremore Medical warranties all “custom” products and devices for One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the date of delivery, providing the device or product is properly utilized and cared for in accordance with Orthocare Solutions’ use, care, and fitting instructions.

A product or device is NOT returnable if:

  • The device/product has been personalized in anyway.
  • Alterations or adjustments made by anyone other than a practitioner of Caremore Medical.
  • The device/product has been excessively worn, used or soiled at discretion of Caremore Medical.
  • Some other Medical Supplies that because of sanitary or hygiene considerations are also non-returnable.

Exceptions that are NON RETURNABLE include:

  • Bath Safety Equipment Category (Hygienic & FDA Regulations)
  • Knee Walkers
  • Oxygen Concentrators (Stationary or Portable)
  • Bariatric Products
  • PVC Medical Equipment
  • Beds including mattresses
  • Patient Lifts
  • Motorized Wheelchairs
  • Electric Scooters
  • Bariatric and Custom Wheelchairs
  • Wheelchair Cushions
  • Incontinence Products
  • Lift Chairs
  • Medical Gloves

Warranty is defined as replacement of the original product or device with the same or similar product/device, or repair of the existing product to “like-new” condition at no cost to the consumer or beneficiary.
